At Krivis Nook, we carefully pack every order by hand before it leaves us. This policy explains how we ship, how long it takes, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of successful payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national public holidays.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email or WhatsApp once your order has been handed over to the courier, along with your tracking number.

These are estimates only and not guaranteed timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, regional disruptions, or high-demand seasons (sale periods, festive seasons).
We ship through reliable logistics partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, Bluedart, and DTDC, depending on your location and order size. The courier partner is assigned at our discretion to ensure the safest and fastest delivery to your pin code.
Once dispatched, you can track your order using the tracking number provided. Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to appear after dispatch.
We currently ship across India to all pin codes serviceable by our courier partners. To check if your pin code is serviceable, you may contact us at the email below before placing your order.
We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders from outside India will not be accepted.
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeline, please follow these steps:
An order may be returned to us (RTO) in the following situations:
In the event of an RTO, the order will be returned to us. We will contact you to confirm a correct address. Re-dispatch will require payment of fresh shipping charges. Krivis Nook will not be liable for the delay caused by RTO situations arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier partner (no tracking updates for 10+ business days and courier confirms non-delivery), we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
Lost-in-transit claims must be raised within 30 days of the original order date.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged (crushed box, torn packaging), please photograph and videograph the sealed parcel before opening it and then photograph and videograph the product inside. Report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Krivis Nook shall not be held liable for shipping delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, courier strikes, government restrictions, pandemic-related disruptions, or any other event of force majeure. In such cases, we will communicate proactively and do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
