Are your products handcrafted?

Yes. Every piece in our collection is handcrafted — thrown on wheels, cast by hand, hand-painted, hand-embroidered or hand-finished by skilled Indian artisans. Slight variations in finish and form are natural and intentional — they are what make each piece yours.
What materials do you use?

We work with honest, natural materials — ceramic, brass, copper, hand-blown glass, linen, cotton, jute and carved wood. We believe the material should always be visible and truthful in the finished object.
Where are your products made?

Our products are made in India by skilled artisans across different craft traditions and regions. As we grow, we will also source from artisan communities in Japan and Scandinavia — always prioritising handcraft and honest making over mass production.
Are your products suitable for everyday use?

Absolutely. We make things for real homes and real life — not for display. Our ceramics are made for your morning chai. Our textiles are made to be touched, washed and softened over years of use. The best thing you can do with a Krivis Nook piece is use it every day.

Brass naturally develops a patina over time — a warm, aged tone that we consider part of its beauty. To clean, wipe with a soft damp cloth. For deeper cleaning use a mild soap solution. Avoid abrasive cleaners that strip the natural finish.
How do I care for hand-blown glass?

Hand wash gently with mild soap. Avoid sudden temperature changes and abrasive sponges. Each piece is individually made — slight variations in thickness and form are characteristic of hand-blown glass, not defects.

What is your return policy?

Krivis Nook offers refunds only for wrong or undelivered orders. Damaged items are eligible for store credits if reported within 48 hours with proof. Credits are valid for 3 months, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash. Used items, sale products, natural handcrafted variations, and change-of-mind returns are not eligible.
